Why O' Why?

Post  lynnr on Fri 22 Oct 2010, 2:53 am

Why did I change from a 97 Discovery to a 07 Freelander. I was able to fix the disco myself easily. The chuffin freelander is so complicated and tied up in computers and sensors it is going to the garage for a new rear differential and I am lighter in the pocket to the tune of 1900 Crying or Very sad

The free in Freelander refers to the free space left in your wallet/purse when running one

Now you know why it is called a Discovery. It is when you sell it you discover you should have kept it. I'm keeping my D1. Minimal electronics, bit like a Burrell.

Well I just sold the Dodge Ram SRT10 with the 8.3 litre lump all I can say is they are very fast handle like all yanks, drink fuel (7 mpg) at best and also loads of bucks when things go wrong, and the UK Crysler dealers no nothing about them
