I echo Jons thoughts.

What am I going to build after finishing the trailer?

Buying a bigger house/garage is NOT an option.

2" ploughing engine

Post  Steve Traill on Wed 12 May 2010, 2:22 pm

At Dorset there is a usually 2" ploughing engine demonstarting the art of ploughing in the miniature area. It works on its own pulling a turntable plough, The 2" is quite a big engine as the ploughing engines were massive in full size. It works very well and makes a nice job of the hard Dorset clay. It's also very good at pulling its owner around the rally fields!

steve, would you say a 2" fowler ploughing engine is about the same size as a 4" Burrell?

No, much closer to a 3" and near to the ground. A roller could be made with a signifcant re-work of the 2" Burrell bits.
