Hi
I hope you had a good holiday
Looks nice but I have never got why the rivets are painted on the wheels?

coventry
While in Uk in 2007/8 we went to Coventry, well we tried to, even the motel lady could not direct us to the motel, we did eventually get there but only after doing about 20 laps of the ring road. The 2nd time we went was a sunday and we only did 2 laps to get to the Transport Musuem, and we had a good day. Now we know what it means to be "Sent to Coventry"! Chris

Re: showman's model at cov transport museum
well i live 30 miles from Coventry and i only know one way in and one way out and they are both different
for those that don't know, Coventry was heavily bombed in the war and as a result was re-built soon after. the new construction material of the time was concrete. their "new and modern town centre of the future" is now just a characterless maze of concrete that due to it's design also acts a lot like a wind tunnel !!!!
Coventry transport museum is one of the very few reasons to go there and shows what a successful city Coventry used to be
PS: at this point i should probably apologize to any of our customers who live in Coventry
