Fitted Tarpauline covers

Post  highpressure on Thu 18 Jun 2009, 2:45 pm

Does anyone know of a supplier for a fitted tarp to cover the engine overnight and in the garage etc or of a firm who can make such an item. I'm sure i have seen them at rallies. Failing that does any one know who supplies the material to make ones own??

Thanks

Hi,

If you visit the home page of the website and click on the 'online shop' link on the left hand side you will find a shop category called Accessories. In here you will find a cover for the 4" Burrell. These have been made to fit our Burrell specially and look the 'dogs nuts'. So far we have sold quite a few but do still hold a couple in stock.

All the best

Dean

Burrell covers

Post  Steve Traill on Fri 19 Jun 2009, 9:32 am

Hi Dean

It may be just my end but when I clicked on Accessories it came up with a second shaft tube! I think you would sell the covers if we could see a half decent picture of one & how it fitted. Is the chimney covered? as I could use a cover to through over it when it is in steam & the weather decides to tip with rain. Basketball

Steve

Hi Kevyn

I do plan to be a the MSRVS rally. I'll do my best to remember to bring one with me. Might be worthwhile giving me a ring sometime on Friday to remind me.

I'll let you have a go with mine if I can have a go with yours, engine that is not tarpauline covers!

Regards

Steve
