Hi Craig,

Any update on a possible release date for this?? Any chance it might go next week? I was really hoping it might be here for next weekend.

Cheers Kev.

Hi Kev,

No further update currently other than we are working on it and doing everything we can to despatch it sooner rather than later.

Ensuring everything works as it should do is crucial with this kit so once we have the control model together we'll be in a better position to give everyone a despatch date. As some of the last kits have shown, rushing it out the door does nobody any favours.

We do realise that this kit gives a number of people the opportunity to go to a show and steam properly so it is a priority.

All the best

Dean

OK, some photos... i would say we are 80% done on this now, but we also need to make sure that it all works as it should. in truth staff holidays are having an impact this month with only one machine setter being on site at any one time for most of the month (you can blame school holidays for that one) I've just got back from holiday myself.

but things are progressing, we are now working flat out on this kit.

Thanks Craig, briliant pics............ Can't imagine the amount of swath you guys must produce in the process of machining all the parts from solid blocks of metal.
As usual, very impressive to see how you do "stuff" Very Happy

haha Laughing but then if you had to take your models apart as much as we have to take the control model apart, in sure you would resort to similar tools Laughing Laughing
