2" Burrell Driving Wagon
Hi All,
The design for the 2" Driving Wagon is now well under way. We hope to update the forum with some pictures towards the end of next week as to how it is coming along.
Steve has already encorporated a way of easily pulling more than one wagon for those who wish to purchase two or more. (One for sitting on and one for carrying coal and water.)
We hope to be in a position to release a guide price by the end of the month.
Regards
Dean & Steve.

Re: 2" Burrell Driving Wagon
Hi Guys (& Girls),
Please see a photo of the 2" Driving Wagon....................................Well it's not the actually wagon......i'm sure you will have realised as there is no chassis, wheels etc etc. This is a mock up we have produced to prove the ergonomics and show the actual size plus the height the wagon is likely to be once finished. At very least it gives you an idea of scale.
If anyone would like to purchase this version please let me know as there would be a good discount available! lol
All the best
Dean

Re: 2" Burrell Driving Wagon
I've sat on the mock-up and, as a lanky 6' odd racing snake (but damned handsome), found it more than adequate for the job, fairly comfy seating position AND enough room for a tankard of ALE!!
Am now mostly looking forwards to crackin' on with kits 4&5
I have to say as well, the vulcanised wheels you shown me at STW this afternoon were the mutts nuts, not only do they do the rubber thing but they also shot blast it afterwards for a "ready to spray" finish... Just a thought though for anyone who's gonna go down this road, I personally am thinking I will leave off the brass end plates and fit them afterwards as shot blast and brass don't mix too well.
Hope ya all good, time for a drink now so cheers
LilyJack
ps: good to hear ya hands gettin there Bungle

Re: 2" Burrell Driving Wagon
Hi All
Nearly finished the design for the 2" Driving Wagon. As soon as its done (probably after the Steam Car Challenge) I'll post some pics of it. Quite pleased with the design. It should be adjustable to suit normal sized people like me and people Deans size.
Regards
Steve
